Porous Polyethylene Implant (PPI)

These implants are usually manufactured from high-density polyethylene. Polyethylene material has a long history of usage as surgical implants. PPI surgical implants allows the
tissue to grow inside them due to their porous structure.
The pores of the porous polyethylene surgical implants are larger than 100 microns and pore volume is in the range
of 5% (measured with Mercury Intrusion Prosimitry).
Animal studies show that porous polyethylene surgical
implants allow tissue growth. Clinical significance in tissue growth vary depending on the application and implant area.
In vitro (outside a living being) and in vivo (inside a living being) biocompatibility studies show that porous polyethylene surgical implants are free from systemic or cytotoxic effects. They have CE mark and are FDA-approved.

Titanium Implant

Hastanın BT’si çekildikten sonra elde edilen 3D data üzerinde bilgisayar destekli tasarım yapılır ve Prototipler ile tasarım doğrulandıktan ve hekimin onayı alındıktan sonra, Titanyum (Ti6Al4V-Grade 5) malzemeden DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) teknolojisi ile üretilir. Üretim yapılan sistem ve malzemeler CE ve ISO 13485 sertifikalıdır, tıbbi cihaz kurumu Ürün Takip Sistemi'ne kayıtlıdır.
